In-Meeting Features
Meeting Controls Overview
The bottom toolbar lets you control your meeting:

Screen Sharing
- Click Share Screen → choose Window, Tab, or Entire Screen
- Grant browser permissions if prompted
- Stop sharing anytime from the toolbar
Chat and Reactions
- Open Chat to send messages during the meeting
- Use emojis 👍 ❤️ 😂 to react instantly
- Share links or notes visible to all participants
Whiteboard / Collaboration Tools
- Open Tools → Whiteboard to brainstorm or note ideas together
- Draw, type, or import images
- Save the whiteboard as a PDF after the session
YouTube Streaming
Stream your meeting live to YouTube:
- Start the meeting
- Go to More → Live Stream → YouTube
- Log in and select your YouTube channel
- Click Go Live
- You'll see "LIVE" in the top corner once streaming begins
Breakout Rooms
Split participants into smaller discussion groups:
- Click the Participants button in the toolbar
- Click Add Breakout Rooms
- Rename the breakout rooms as needed
- Each participant can either join any room on their own, or you can click on a participant's name and assign them to a breakout room manually
- The Moderator can move freely between rooms
Polls
TIP
Use Polls to gather quick feedback or make group decisions during a meeting. You can launch a poll during the live session.
To create a poll
- In the meeting toolbar, click More → Polls
- Select Create Poll
- Enter your question and up to five answer options
- Choose Single choice or Multiple choice
End a Meeting
Click End Meeting for All in the toolbar to close the session.
TIP
If you only leave, others can continue without you.
